Sometimes the best companions come wrapped in tiny paws and big personalities.
Minnie and Nightfall are 18-week-old siblings located in Yamhill, Oregon, who are ready to find loving homes of their own. These kittens have spent their formative weeks immersed in family life and are wonderfully socialized. Living alongside young children, chickens, other cats, and an active family dog has helped them become confident, adaptable, and comfortable in a bustling household.
Minnie: The Adventurer
Minnie (short for Mini Mary, named after her mother) is a curious, outgoing little explorer who seems determined to investigate every corner of the world around her.
She is always on the move, checking out new sights and experiences, but she's equally happy to settle into your arms when picked up. Minnie responds positively to affection and naturally cuddles into whoever is holding her.
When it comes to dogs, Minnie is more confident than fearful. She currently shares space with a dog who enjoys nudging and sniffing the cats to get a reaction. Minnie isn't afraid to stand her ground, often responding with a hiss or a gentle paw swat before watching closely to see what happens next. She isn't looking to curl up and nap with a dog just yet, but she has shown that she's comfortable engaging and setting boundaries.
Minnie would likely thrive in a home that can appreciate her playful spirit, curiosity, and confidence.
Nightfall: The Quiet Observer
Nightfall takes a different approach to life.
A little more reserved than his sister, he prefers to observe before jumping into the action. While Minnie is busy exploring, Nightfall is often content playing independently or spending time with his sister.
He is gentle, easygoing, and wonderfully patient with children. Like Minnie, he doesn't mind being picked up and handled by kids. When it comes to dogs, Nightfall prefers a peaceful coexistence. Rather than engaging, he'd rather politely avoid canine attention and continue doing his own thing.
His calm, thoughtful personality makes him an excellent match for someone looking for a relaxed companion who enjoys affection without constantly being the center of attention.
